Derek Jarman’s spectacular War Requiem, starring Sir Laurence Olivier and Tilda Swinton, is getting a souped-up, remastered DVD release for its twentieth anniversary.

If that wasn’t good enough, Second Sight is holding a one-off screening at the Curzon Soho on Sunday, November 9, followed by a discussion with producer Don Boyd.

Space is seriously limited, but we have managed to secure five pairs of tickets for our readers.

First come, first served.

Just e-mail: competitions@littlewhitelies.co.uk with your name and that of your guest before 1pm on Friday, November 8, and, if you’re speedy, you’ll have snagged yourself a spot.

The screening starts at 2pm, but drinks are available from 1.15pm.

Good luck and God speed.
