London Brazilian Film Festival 2012 – Preview film still

Discover the best in new Brazilian cinema at the 4th BRAFF later this month.

Following the success of last year’s edition, London’s Brazilian Film Festival is back for another run with a selection of cutting edge Brazilian cinema, short films and music documentaries from September 21-25.

Captains of the Sand, a literary adaptation from Jorge Amado’s '50s novel of same name will open the festival while Fernando Meirelles' produced Xingu has been picked as the closing night film.

This year's programme also features several documentaries about various Brazilian music scenes — samba, brega and rock — along with biographies of some influential musical icons such as the father of Brazilian rock, Raul Seixas.

We've partnered with the 4th BRAFF London to offer LWLies readers the chance to discover the best in new Brazilian cinema for free.

The first 30 people to send an email to memberpass@brazilianfilmfestival.com with the subject line 'Little White Lies' will win a pass entitling you to watch all 12 films at the festival.
